I’m Chris Good, a licensed real estate broker based in Lancaster, PA. I work with buyers, sellers, and investors across Lancaster, Dauphin, Perry, and Berks Counties.
I started The Chris Good Team in 2021 after seeing how many people go through real estate transactions without really understanding what’s happening. Deals get rushed. Questions go unanswered. People end up second-guessing their decisions.
I also invest in this market myself, so I’m not just showing homes or listing properties. I’m looking at deals the same way you are. What makes sense? What doesn’t? What’s going to hold up over time?
